How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code.

Are the products shipped insured?

Yes. All orders are shipped insured and discreetly via reliable shipping partners.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the Netherlands and to selected countries within Europe. International delivery times may vary.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Can I also pick up my order?

Pickup by appointment is possible in some cases. Please contact us in advance for this.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in the exact same condition and meets our return conditions. Please consult our return policy for this.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The costs and risk of return shipment are for the customer's account.

Are all products authentic?

Yes. All luxury watches and designer bags are carefully checked for authenticity before being offered for sale. We guarantee the authenticity of every product.

What does 'second-hand' mean for your products?

Second-hand means that the products have been previously owned. Each item is selected based on quality and condition, ensuring that only luxury products in excellent condition are offered.

Are the products checked before they are sold?

Yes. Each product is pre-inspected for authenticity, functionality, and overall condition. Any signs of wear and tear are transparently stated.

Do I receive accessories or documents?

If available, original accessories, certificates, dust bags or boxes will be included. This is always clearly stated with the product.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (pay later), and Apple Pay. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes, you can pay afterwards via Klarna. Choose Klarna at checkout and pay within 14 or 30 days. There are no additional costs involved.

Is it safe to order online from Bloom_Couture?

Absolutely. Our webshop uses an SSL-secured connection and we only work with reliable payment providers. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
